Payment Gateway
Swayam primarily uses Razorpay for payment processing. However, we may offer optional payment methods. This policy applies to all payment methods used on our website.

- Full Refunds: We offer full refunds in the following situations:

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. For Razorpay transactions, the refund will be credited back to your account within 5-7 business days (normal speed) or potentially instantly (optimum speed, subject to Razorpay’s fees). For other payment methods, the processing time may vary.
